Stream assets!

Swamp Goblin Mysteries now has art assets for a stream overlay, as always by RossyDoesDrawings! Included are a background and three different frames (1:1, 3:2 and 16:9).

I've also updated the rules with clarifications of what a clue should do and how disadvantage and advantage interact (they don't stack and cancel each other out). No actual changes, just better explanations for people who aren't familiar with Brindlewood Bay and Carved from Brindlewood games yet.
